My name is Fred Magovern. I'm a community lawyer starting a practice in Kingston, NY, to represent tenants and tenant associations, especially those in rent-stabilized apartments covered by the Emergency Tenant Protection Act (ETPA). The rights of rent stabilization won't mean anything unless we fight to enforce them.
